Collection and Recovery Specialist

This role involves managing the collection of receivables from customers and engaging with them to resolve any issues. It requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receivable Management: Review and analyze all receivable related reports and statements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to their accounts.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Prepare collection forecasts and daily visit plans based on analysis of receivable reports.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to remove obstacles to the collection process, and prepare regular reports on collection progress.
  • Recommendations and Decision-Making: Provide recommendations and comments on bad accounts or overdue accounts to be referred to the legal department.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related subject.
