About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at RESO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Bank's GCC client coverage, with a focus on acquiring and deepening Priority relationships in the Saudi corridor.

In this role, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve the sales team targets through maximizing acquisition/referral opportunities, deepening existing customer relationships and delivering the specified service standards for the Priority Banking segment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business goal management and strong interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural awareness and sensitivity. You will also have experience managing Affluent clients in the Saudi Arabia market and superior knowledge of wealth management products and financial markets.

You will be responsible for carrying your own book and servicing and managing customer relationships under the Priority Banking program by engaging them, uncovering their needs and providing them with the appropriate products, services and solutions from the entire range of the Consumer Banking suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve the sales team targets through maximizing acquisition/referral opportunities, deepening existing customer relationships and delivering the specified service standards for the Priority Banking segment.
- Implementing a consistent and disciplined customer contact management strategy to support relationship building and cross selling efforts.
- Fostering and deepening customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local and foreign financial products.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and core banking/ asset products system knowledge.
- Superior knowledge of assets & liability products, operations and process.
- Experience of managing Affluent clients in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Arabic Speaker is a must.
