Lead Culinary Team Member
Culinary excellence is at the heart of every successful kitchen. We're looking for a seasoned Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and create unforgettable dining experiences.

Your role will involve leading a dynamic kitchen team, creating innovative Greek and Mediterranean dishes, ensuring high food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. You'll work closely with sous chefs and culinary colleagues, coach and mentor them, and complete daily temperature logs and FIFO checks.

A minimum of 3-4 years of similar experience from a luxury background is required. Diploma certification in a culinary discipline is an asset. A passion for food and desire to develop culinary and leadership skills are essential. Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate as part of a team is crucial.

You'll have the opportunity to further develop your culinary and leadership skills through learning programs and contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
