About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position responsible for providing technical guidance and support to engineers in the Technical Sales & Service department. The successful candidate will have expertise in resid catalysts and markets, with a strong understanding of the middle east and central Asia region.
The role involves preparing technical proposals, performance evaluation reports, and troubleshooting activities, as well as supporting account managers with customer meetings and risk assessments. Additionally, the candidate will participate in knowledge sharing, collaborate with other departments, and support mid-long term development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Proposals: Prepare high-quality technical proposals for customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Performance Evaluation Reports: Develop detailed performance evaluation reports for resid catalysts and markets, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Troubleshooting Activities: Conduct troubleshooting activities for resid catalysts and markets, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemical engineering, materials science, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemicals or energy industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of resid catalysts and markets, excellent technical writing and presentation skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
