Seeking a Manufacturing Leader

Job Description

As a seasoned executive, you will oversee all aspects of our facility to drive optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.

You will lead daily plant operations, including EHS, production, maintenance, and logistics. Develop strategies to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in leadership within manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
  • Experience in production planning, process optimization, and inventory management.
Skill Requirements
  • Data analysis and effective solution implementation.
  • Excellent leadership, team management skills, and communication.
  • Financial acumen, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software systems.
