We're partnering with a growing payment services provider in Bahrain to hire a Sales Executive.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for fintech and payment solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain.

This role requires a driven sales professional with a strong understanding of payment solutions and fintech trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Solution Selling: Promote and sell our payment solutions to businesses and merchants.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the payment services industry.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini National: A mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or payments industry.
  • Fintech Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment solutions and fintech trends.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
