Job Description

A Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with related parties during the pre-opening phase to ensure a successful launch.
  • Updating schedules, attendance records, and time tables as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the executive chef and bartender to create new menus and beverage lists.

Requirements
