We are looking for a highly skilled Pasty Artisan to join our culinary team at RESO. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative pastry designs that showcase your technical skill and artistic flair.
  • Work collaboratively with our Executive Sous Chef to create innovative menu items and promotions that drive business results.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the bakery kitchen.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef in a bakery environment.
  • Proficiency in local health and safety regulations, including HACCP.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50lbs (23kg) and perform physical tasks with ease.
  • A strong foundation in reading, writing, and basic math skills.
  • The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts, including occasional overtime.
