Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales efforts by delivering professional presentations to customers and upholding the company's ideals and standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Greet customers entering establishments with a warm welcome.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Resolve all customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shift to guarantee accuracy and sufficient change.
  • Recommend and provide advice on a wide range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical Thinking skills.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
