Job Overview
Azadea Group is a dynamic retail company that requires a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing HR plans, policies, and procedures to meet business needs.

About the Role
This mid-senior level role is responsible for leading the HR department and contributing to the development of corporate HR provisions. The ideal candidate will have seven to nine years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role, with four years of managerial experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HR related software is essential, as well as fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing the general HR strategy as set by the group, supporting the development of local HR initiatives, and creating action plans based on operational needs. They will also monitor HR functions to ensure compliance with local labor laws and adherence to established standards and KPIs. Additionally, they will develop and maintain good working relationships with internal teams, manage the recruitment process, and conduct regular visits to departments and shops to engage with employees and foster the group's culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. They will also need to have strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HR related software, as well as fluency in English. Fluency in the local language is a plus.
