Job Overview

The Marketing and Events Director will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, manage public relations efforts, plan and execute corporate events, and drive online engagement through digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Manage public relations efforts to increase media presence and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Lead event planning, coordination, and execution for corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure events are executed flawlessly, reflecting the company's standards of excellence.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, to increase online engagement and drive traffic to our platforms.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and event management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and current industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
