Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the GCC market, ensuring we remain competitive and fresh in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement quarterly and monthly local marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as growth targets and delivery metrics.
  • Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources optimally to ensure maximum impact.
  • Oversee customer communication plans and CRM processes to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Develop engaging localized marketing calendars and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns to acquire customers across various channels.
  • Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing messages to resonate with them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to align on new launches, targets, campaign development, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A strong understanding of the local culture, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
