Retail Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Attend all store meetings and participate in related functions to foster a positive team environment.
- Represent the brand with a professional attitude, embodying its values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Participate in all inventories and assumes additional duties as assigned by management.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while providing top-notch customer service.
- Adhere to designated work schedules, demonstrating punctuality and flexibility.
- Follow M&S Policies and Procedures 100% to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4-5 years' experience in fashion industry, with proven ability to achieve goals and possess good communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills, accountability, and a friendly, engaging personality are essential for success in this role.
