Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining visual presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers by promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Provide high-quality customer service and adhere to the company's guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on various brands and products for suggestive selling.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.
- Possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed attractively.
- Record inventory inward/outward and maintain reports.
- Handle POS/Billing Counter efficiently.
- Tally money in the cash till during shifts.
- Issue receipts/refunds/change correctly.
- Process payments via cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store.
- Flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as per business requirements.
