Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Revenue Strategist to join our team at RESO. As a critical member of our revenue management team, you will play a key role in maximizing unit revenue and profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies that align with the company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and make adjustments based on changes in competition, schedules, and fares.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to identify shifts in demand and communicate these changes across the Revenue Management team.
  • Use the Revenue Management system to identify issues, drill down, and take action to rectify and maximize network revenue.
  • Maintain system overrides and adjustments as required in the Revenue Management system.
Key Requirements
  • Educated to university degree level, ideally in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar analytical-based subject.
  • Highly PC literate with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good standard of written/spoken English required.
  • Experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the airline industry, would be preferable but is not essential.
  • The capability to process and analyze complex data and make decisions based on that data is essential.
