Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at a busy restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a key member of the service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, taking orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience as a server or food service professional is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome
  • Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Take accurate orders and enter them into the system promptly
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
  • Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
  • Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must have own visa and be able to legally work in Bahrain

Salary: 1500$ per month
