About the RoleWe're seeking a second or third-year university student who embodies the energy and enthusiasm that defines our brand. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your university campus and in your region. Your key objectives will include growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling, building and executing an insight-driven plan that engages and excites students, and creating a strong network of local individuals who share our passion for the brand.
Responsibilities- Be a Brand and Product Ambassador: Live and breathe the Red Bull personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
- Grow the User Base: Invite positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time, answering any questions and concerns from consumers.
- Build and Execute a Plan: Create a strong, insight-driven plan that engages and excites students, bringing the brand to life through innovative and tailored initiatives.
- Create a Strong Network: Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals who share our passion for the Red Bull brand.
- Drive Social Media Engagement: Use authentic content to drive engagement on social media, showcasing the excitement and energy of the Red Bull brand.
- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and collaborating with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.
- Deliver Executional Excellence: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, maintaining and upkeeping all Student Marketeer tools to ensure a premium brand image.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a charismatic and energetic personality, and a high level of approachability and sociability. You should be immersed in student life, with a thorough understanding of your university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots. A creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a high sense of responsibility and initiative, are essential for this role. Additionally, you should be able to manage part-time work and studies, ideally being available to work some evenings and weekends. An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales, are also required. Finally, you must have a valid driving license and be passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
