As a Tea Connoisseur and Sales Ambassador, you will play a vital role in our team by assisting customers in their choices of food and drink options in an engaging, friendly, and courteous manner.
You must constantly be learning and become an active advocate of our product, always looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in their choices of food and drink options, providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Taking orders and processing payments as per store policy, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparation of all food and drink orders as per store operating policies and international health and safety standards.
- Cleaning all equipment and surrounding workspace regularly, adhering to company guidelines and Health and Safety regulations directed by local authorities.
- Basic housekeeping of work space and seating areas, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Stock and inventory reporting, coordination, and purchasing, ensuring optimal levels of stock and minimizing waste.
- Opening and closing of the shop, ensuring all procedures are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, preferably in the Middle East.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, with Arabic being an added advantage.
- Able to work additional shifts and participate in pop-up markets or shops as required.
