Senior Finance Leader for Continuous Growth

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our core finance team in a Bahrain based business that is undergoing a continual growth phase.
Job Responsibilities- Preparation, analysis and distribution of the monthly management reports.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and modifications to the MIS reports and production process where appropriate.
- Preparation and distribution of the divisional monthly performance reports.
- Management of the annual budget process.
- Assist with the preparation/review of accounting procedures for new products/issues.
- Management of the quarterly financial reporting process and the preparation of the quarterly financial statements.
- Management of the annual financial reporting process and the preparation of the financial statements.
- Provide an interface with external auditors to assist with the clearance of the financial statements.
- A recently qualified accounting professional (e.g. ACA, CA, ACCA).
- At least 5 years' experience in an accounting / financial control function within a financial institution, or a similar period within an accounting firm.
- Strong IFRS knowledge.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Business Objects.
- Direct SQL knowledge, ability to write queries.
- Prior experience from one of the Big Four is desirable.
