Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), budgeting, and financial reporting.

The Role

As the Senior Financial Leader, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust financial models, preparing detailed reports for senior management, and overseeing the budgeting cycle. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to drive strategic decisions and business growth.

  • Management Information Systems (MIS): Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards to provide real-time financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare regular financial forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentaries for senior leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong focus on MIS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Temenos T24 core banking system.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
