We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for Steel Structures to join our team. This strategic role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily within the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Hot Rolled Structural Steel sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Sales Operations: Identify and cultivate strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in top corporate houses, architectural firms, and consulting companies.
- Negotiate and Secure Orders: Articulate product features, technical specifications, and value propositions to prospective clients, effectively converting requirements into tailored solutions.
- Project Sales and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Strategic Alliances and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strategic alliances with industry partners to expand market reach and enhance value proposition.
- New Market Entry: Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target segments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in steel structures sales, preferably in PEB or Hot Rolled Structural Steel
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and engineering principles
