We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within a data center. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify design drawings and technical documents related to electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry guidelines.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor site activities, ensuring quality work and coordination with other departments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work with subcontractors to install and maintain power systems, generators, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, prioritizing employee well-being and environmental sustainability.
- Assess and manage risks, prioritizing tasks to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Oversee data center operations, ensuring reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- A strong background in data center operations and electro-mechanical systems is essential for this role.
- Detailed knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and electrical infrastructure is required to succeed in this position.
- Experience with HUAWEI Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems is highly valued, as it demonstrates expertise in climate control and energy efficiency.
- The ability to troubleshoot and optimize electrical and mechanical components is crucial for maintaining data center operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and risk assessment practices is necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
