Cleanliness and Maintenance Lead

As a Cleanliness and Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of an entire facility. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • Conducting routine inspections of all check-out areas and spot checks of occupied spaces
  • Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspecting service areas, storage rooms, and corridors regularly

  • Efficiently managing stock control and equipment maintenance
  • Providing excellent customer service, including VIP and special requirements
