The Head of Human Resources Division will oversee the group's subsidiaries in Bahrain, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role requires frequent travel to other group entities.

  • Background in Financial or Banking Industry
  • Familiarity with Bahrain Labor Laws
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Additional Languages an Asset
  • Strategic Planning Expertise
  • In-Depth Knowledge of HR Functions
  • Understanding of Labor Legislation
  • Effective Leadership Abilities
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
