Software Solutions Specialist

This role focuses on designing and implementing software solutions. You'll analyze user requirements, estimate project timelines, and ensure code quality through thorough testing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll identify and resolve system defects while mentoring junior developers and exploring new technologies.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyze user requirements and provide accurate time estimates for implementation and testing.
  2. Implement changes per company standards within J2EE or other platforms.
  3. Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure defect-free implementations.
  4. Investigate system defects and implement effective solutions.
  5. Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change management, and deployment policies.
  6. Collaborate with analysis teams for third-level support on reported issues.
  7. Contribute to Quality Assurance tasks including regression testing, User Acceptance Testing preparation, and code review.
  8. Engage in Research and Development to learn new technologies and best practices.
  9. Mentor and coach junior developers as needed.
