Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Secretarial Duties: Provide high-level administrative support, including typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Director, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Communication Management: Manage incoming communications from external and internal parties, including emails, calls, and meeting requests on behalf of senior management.
  • Meeting Notes and Minutes: Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, providing essential information for decision-making.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring smooth logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A BSc in business administration or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Confident use of Microsoft Office, with excellent proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation creation.
