We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Geospatial Mapping Specialist to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Geospatial Mapping Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and mapping services to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
  • Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, drawings, and reports.
  • Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land.
  • Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Manage survey crew members and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety standards at all times while working on job sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD or other drafting software is preferred.

Salary: $1100/month (with accommodation included)
