Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving business growth by aligning company and customer strategies through effective account management
  • Achieving or surpassing sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline at least three times the target size for sustainable revenue
  • Balancing technology and consulting sales to meet corporate sales mix goals


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Proven success selling industrial software related to process simulation, energy management, or digitalization
  • Experience managing senior relationships within enterprise accounts
