Job Title:

A Strategic Assistant is sought to provide high level support to a Chief Executive Officer.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls and requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate the CEO's diary by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality across all tasks.
  • Support both professional and personal duties including travel arrangements and errands.
  • Plan and organize complex itineraries when required.
  • Be available for matters outside regular office hours as agreed with the CEO.
  • Maintain effective filing and data storage systems ensuring the needs of the CEO are met.
  • Provide administrative support by drafting routine letters and taking minutes as required.
  • Coordinate management meetings, drafting agendas, collating papers and reports.
  • The assistant must seek approval from the CEO before accepting any tasks or instructions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be a Bahraini National Female.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability in travel arrangements and scheduling meetings/appointments.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized and customer-focused. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently while remaining an active team member.
