Regional Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth and development in our region. As a Senior Regional Development Director, you will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives and business plans that align with our overall goals. You will work closely with other divisions to promote a unified approach and provide oversight and coordination of staff resource planning.

Requirements:
- 20 years of related work experience in project management and business development.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, team building, and project delivery.
- Strong relationships with key clients and ability to grow market share.
- Ability to identify, recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
