Gulf Air Group Customer Service RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team as an airport representative.
Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to passengers at Bahrain International Airport, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and assist passengers from arrival to onward transportation or from curbside to the boarding gate for departing passengers.
- Arrange bookings for Hala Bahrain services from customer service desks in arrival and departure halls.
- Provide high-quality service delivery in compliance with operating policies and procedures.
- Be aware of all information related to Hala Bahrain service offerings and provide timely and adequate information to passengers as per their inquiry.
- Cross-sell and/or up-sell services to passengers.
- Operate office equipment such as air-to-ground radio, airport access control, computers, and phones as required.
- Maintain and update records, MIS, and/or databases of passengers, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Assist with problems and offer practical advice on arrival issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A High National Diploma and 1-2 years of working experience in sales, customer service, and promotional services.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Basic administrative skills.
- In-depth understanding of service offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Skill in arranging bookings for Hala Bahrain services at customer service desks in departure and arrival halls.
