
Business Development Manager

At RESO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, customer engagement, and relationship building.
Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Market Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong market presence by positioning RESO as a thought leader and solution-driven organization.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders at customer locations, across IT and Business.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Practice to understand propositions that can be pitched to prospects/customers and develop effective sales strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Understand market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Promotion and Representation: Work closely with OEMs and become their preferred partner, promoting RESO's products and services.
- Performance Management: Ensure quarter-on-quarter achievement of targets (Order book, Revenue, GM) and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate with product team, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and market trends.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 6-8 years' experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success.
- Education: MBA, BE, or Diploma in Marketing/Sales.
