Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Security Management, 5 years in Facility/Workplace security. Proven leadership experience in security, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and national security regulations.
  • Ability to oversee and respond to security operations effectively.
