  • About the Role:

This position is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained to meet brand standards. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a warm and caring personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, and replenishing supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Take accurate room status reports at the end of each shift.
  • Keep linen closets, supply closets, and landing areas organized and clean.
