About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Construction Chemical Sales Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market penetration of our new product ranges, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with contractors and specialist applicators across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    market penetration
    for new and existing construction chemical products.
  • Achieve
    sales targets
    in line with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    contractors
    ,
    specialist applicators
    , and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients to ensure proper application and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    5 years' proven sales experience
    in construction chemicals.
  • Strong understanding of the
    construction industry
    in the GCC.
  • Self-motivated
    with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent
    communication
    ,
    presentation
    , and
    networking
    skills.
  • Valid
    GCC driving license
    is mandatory.
