Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Bahraini candidates to join our esteemed marketing team as Marketing Coordinators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold professionalism and ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or any related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to new marketing practices and technologies.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
