Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for MEP works.
  • Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications related to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for MEP components.
  • Track and certify progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
  • Analyze and manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and accurate execution.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify completed works for valuation and billing purposes.
  • Provide regular cost reports and updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least4 years in high-rise building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software like MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with standard forms of contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Must have valid bahrain driver's license
