We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Assistant Marketing Manager
to support the execution of our brand marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage brand touchpoints, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Specifications

  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
  • Delegate tasks clearly and monitor team performance
  • Assist in budget planning and implementation
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, media buying, and CI teams
  • Oversee social media strategy with internal teams
  • Leverage performance marketing tools to track ROI and CPL
  • Implement best practices from industry and Principal partners
  • Support and execute marketing strategies in line with business goals
  • Align marketing initiatives with business and Principal priorities
  • Ensure compliance with brand CI and VI guidelines
  • Support regional brand alignment and new product launches
  • Collaborate with CRM for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Use market and customer data to refine targeting strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and physical platforms
  • Uphold company Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and/or a combination of education and professional exposure in marketing
