We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to support the planning and execution of Lexus Bahrain's marketing and communication activities. The role focuses on strengthening the brand, engaging customers, and ensuring a premium experience across all marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing strategies and brand plans.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Handle digital content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute model launches, events, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare market intelligence reports.
  • Track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and generate regular reports.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Work with agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaigns, and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
