Job Purpose:

To drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. The Sales Executive will leverage experience in real estate sales to generate qualified leads, guide clients through property options, and ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close property sales while maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure successful conversions and post-sale satisfaction.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties across digital and offline channels.
  • Participate in exhibitions, property launches, and events to showcase projects.
  • Prepare and present property proposals and investment plans to clients.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist clients with agreements, contracts, and registration processes.
  • Ensure all sales comply with company policies, legal regulations, and local real estate laws (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and reporting.

5. Reporting & Targets

  • Report weekly and monthly sales performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Track leads, conversions, and revenue generation against targets.
  • Provide market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage.
  • Deep knowledge of local real estate markets, pricing trends, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
