Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors.
  • Provide clients with product information and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with the contracting and trading teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • The candidate should be capable to prepare the business strategies and growth of the company.
  • The candidate shall be aware of preparing the Bill of Quantity for the engineering projects, Quotations, Purchase Order, Tax Invoices, Inventory arrangements, Delivery notes etc.
  • The candidate should be capable to understand the products and its basic usage such as related to electrical components, mechanical valves and couplings, Generators, Dewatering pumps, Speakers, and many others. The above understanding is mandatory to understand what He/She have to sell in the market.
  • The candidate should be capable to maintain the business relationship in an amicable way, convincing the clients, explaining the projects, contracts or products for the sales.
  • The candidate should be aware of dealing with the shipping and logistics in order to arrange the material inventory.
  • The candidate should always maintain the best level of confidentiality when it comes to the company resources, projects, prices, details, and a character of being transparent to the company authorities and avoid any kind of corruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Relevant Field or MBA.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the contracting or trading industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should hold Bahraini Driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , Software etc.
