Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented IT Technical Trainer to join our team. This role combines training delivery, technical presales, curriculum customization, and continuous technical upskilling. The ideal candidate is a certified professional trainer (preferably a Microsoft Certified Trainer – MCT) with a passion for knowledge sharing, exceptional communication skills, and a strong grasp of modern IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, interactive IT training sessions in accordance with TS and technology vendor standards.
  • Manage all pre-training and post-training activities, ensuring full compliance with TS and vendor requirements.
  • Drive and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through engaging delivery and effective follow-up.
  • Participate in training services presales, including requirements gathering, designing customized learning solutions, delivering client presentations, and preparing implementation plans.
  • Adhere to the assigned technical development plan and certification roadmap, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  • Stay current with emerging IT technologies and industry trends, actively promoting them through webinars, workshops, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training content, methodologies, and learner engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in professional IT training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) with professional fluency in both languages.
  • Vendor Trainer Authorization from one or more leading technology providers such as Microsoft (MCT), AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Cisco, or Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential.
  • Hands-on experience delivering vendor certification programs and customized corporate training.
  • Familiarity with hybrid learning environments and digital training tools.
