In this role, you will primarily focus on communicating with and receiving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, striving to achieve monthly sales targets while accurately identifying client requirements and meticulously recording any vehicle issues. You will be expected to respond to client enquiries professionally, actively promoting, upselling, and cross-selling products and services to ensure customer service excellence and foster repeat business. Key responsibilities also include diligently following up on job orders with relevant parties, providing necessary progress reports, and ensuring strict adherence to all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies, including relevant requirements of the Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual, alongside other assigned job-related duties.

We at EK Kanoo are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team, responsible for delivering excellent and comprehensive after-sales services for a wide range of passenger and commercial vehicles. To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a High School or Secondary School Certificate and bring 1-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong core functional competencies such as work efficiency, product/technical knowledge, teamwork, influencing skills, effective communication, a keen focus on achieving results and customer satisfaction, strong work ethics and values, and solid market knowledge.
