Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama for an Automotive Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the main point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling service appointments, providing detailed explanations of repair and maintenance services, and collaborating with the service team to ensure timely vehicle repairs and upkeep. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive service industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in computer systems and service scheduling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; any relevant certifications are a plus
