We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and dynamic Communications Coordinator. Ideal canddiate must have below qualification, skillset and exprience.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelors Degree from a recongnized University within any discipline

Certification as an Office or Executive Assistant is preferred.

Desired Skillset:

Able to work deligently on cross functional level with C-levels and VVIPS

Able to handle complex communication matters with ease via Email, Annoucments, Meetings etc.

Able to work under pressure to handle last minute changes and requests.

Must be highly organized, presentable, professional and focused.

Pay attention to evry detail. Take assignements and tasks from reporting line.

Handle heavy flow of meeting requests, emails and texts.

Required to work beyond working hours and weekends.

Experience (Required)

Minimum 5-7 years of exeprience. 5-7 years should be within Office Manager, EA or PA roles.

Experience within Bahrain or GCC is mandatory.
