We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 10 years of experience, capable of overseeing marketing for both Bahrain and international branches. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in content creation, including graphic design, photography, videography, social media management, and digital advertising, and will lead campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand recognition across all markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for RS Management's Bahrain and international outlets.
  • Create and manage visual content: graphic design, photography, videography, and other multimedia for campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence and run paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Plan and oversee in-store and digital promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging globally.
  • Track and report marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs across all outlets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Design, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-brand or international roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in graphic designing, social media, photography, videography, content creation, and running digital ads.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategy.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for F&B and hospitality.
