C&M Collaborative Technologies is a Bahrain-based creative marketing agency specializing in social media, branding, design, and content production for hospitality, F&B, and real estate brands. We're looking for a creative Bahraini talent who can bring ideas to life — both behind the camera and on screen.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager with a strong sense of content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing brand pages, planning campaigns, writing captions, and handling photography for social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Write engaging bilingual (English & Arabic) captions aligned with brand tone.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and clients to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Shoot and edit basic product/lifestyle photos and short videos (mobile or camera).
  • Analyze post performance and optimize strategies for reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with trends, reels, and new marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Must be Bahraini.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management (2–4 years).
  • Basic photography & videography skills (mobile or mirrorless).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Business, and content scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Must be flexible with work timings.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar).
  • Experience in marketing for restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of Meta & Google Ads performance insights.
