We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's construction projects.


• Oversee and monitor all sites, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.


• Secure and manage projects from existing and new clients.


• Continuously work on improving standards and quality across all operations.


• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.


• Resolve daily operational challenges and provide effective solutions.


• Lead teams to achieve excellence in project execution and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).


• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.


• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering them successfully.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.


• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and maintain high standards.


• CRPEP registration (preferred/mandatory – adjust based on your requirement).
