Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Manama, is for a Chef De Partie / chocolate Chef.

The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in their assigned section. The role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and collaborating with the department head and deliver innovative recipes and menus. Adhering to safety and food quality standards is integral to the role.

  • Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and understanding of cooking methods and ingredients
  • Experience in food presentation and maintaining consistent high-quality output
  • Organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain a clean workstation, and meet deadlines
