Chef de Partie (CDP) - Japanese Cuisine Specialist

We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) who possesses a true passion for Japanese culinary arts and the leadership skills to guide a section. You will manage a critical station, ensuring every dish reflects precision, authenticity, and our brand's high standards while keeping your team motivated and efficient during the busiest times.

Your Profile & Requirements

  • Expertise is Key: Proven experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a professional, high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Japanese Culinary Focus: A minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience dedicated to authentic Japanese cuisine. Exceptional knife skills and mastery of preparation techniques are mandatory.
  • Leadership & Pressure: Must be able to lead a team effectively and maintain performance under extreme pressure, especially during peak service hours.
  • Commitment to Quality: Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, flavor profiles, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Urgency & Availability: You must be prepared to join our team in Bahrain within one month (30 days) or less.

The Offer

  • Starting Salary: BHD 350 per month (All-Inclusive).
